Dispatch
All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in Coín, Spain, within 24 working hours from placing the order.

 

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with information about the delivery date, carrier, tracking code, and all relevant details to track the order. You can check the status of your shipment at any time on the courier's website.

 

Worldwide Delivery
Delivery is available worldwide. If you cannot find your destination during checkout, please contact our customer service.

 

Shipping Costs
Free shipping for online orders over 700 euros – only available in Spain (excluding islands). Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. You can check the shipping costs for your order at checkout after adding your products to the cart and filling in the delivery information.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
For all orders, you have two delivery options:

Pick up in-store
You can choose to pick up your items in our store. This option will appear during the checkout process.

Delivery
The delivery time is typically between 2 and 15 working days, depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and destination.

 

Important Information When Receiving Your Order
You must report any issues on the driver's delivery note if you notice signs of damage to your shipment. This includes:

  • The pallets and/or boxes are not upright.

  • The products are visible/not properly packaged.

  • Visible signs of pressure or damage to the pallet and/or boxes.

If you accept a damaged delivery and do not file a report on the delivery note, you may lose the right to a refund if the products inside are damaged. If the item has been damaged during transport, please contact us within three days of receiving the order.

We recommend that you receive your package personally. If you have given the courier permission to leave the package in a safe place and it goes missing after delivery, we are not responsible for the loss.

Claims
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery with your name, order number, and clear pictures of the product, packaging, and shipping box if possible. We will process your claim and contact you regarding an exchange or return as soon as possible.
