Prices
All prices include VAT and other taxes. The prices are daily prices and are in euro unless otherwise stated. The price indicated at the time of ordering is the applicable order price.
Delivery
Under normal circumstances, we ship orders within 2-10 business days depending on the destination in Spain. During the winter period, delivery times may be slightly longer, with a delivery time of 10-15 business days. For shorter distances, we handle the transportation ourselves, while for longer distances we use a transport company. When delivering with a transport company, the furniture is securely packed on pallets, and if no one is home at the time of delivery, the furniture will be placed appropriately.
Your order will be delivered to the curb in front of your home at street level.
The driver does not enter your home with the items.
To have your order delivered, the delivery address must be accessible for a regular truck. The road to the address must also be passable for a truck. Therefore, delivery to summer houses, garden associations, or other locations with less convenient access may be challenging. If you are unsure whether a truck can reach your address, please contact our customer service at info@mebelhome.es.

No fee is charged for payments on mebelhome.es.
Funds are only charged when the item is shipped.
Reservation of Amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The funds are reserved on your card or account until:
We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
Until the funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
No larger amount than what you have approved can be charged.
Right of Complaint
The Consumer Protection Act’s rules on defects apply to product purchases.
There is a 2-year right of complaint on all products purchased from Mebel Home SL. If there is additional right of complaint or warranty, it will be specified separately on the invoice. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund, or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation, if the complaint is justified. Damage to the product due to user errors, handling errors, modifications, or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the right of complaint.

Using the Right of Complaint
Complaints about faults and defects must be reported to Mebel Home ApS within a reasonable time after the fault/defect is discovered. If you complain within 14 days?of discovering the fault/defect, the complaint is always timely. The customer is strongly encouraged to provide a statement regarding the product’s fault or defect in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may extend the process due to troubleshooting.
If you have sent an item in for return or complaint, you will always receive an email once we have received the item. The email will provide information about the further process regarding your return/complaint.
Proper Return
All products returned to Mebel Home SL. must be properly packed. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.
